What You’ll Do
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a crucial role in building pipeline and creating opportunities for our Account Executives — through inbound lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and strategic collaboration with marketing and sales teams. This role is for someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone , face rejection with confidence, and ask great questions that unlock new opportunities.

Your First 30/60/90 Days
First 30 Days — Foundation Building 
Complete onboarding through BlueCat Academy & University
Get ramped up on our products, ICP, sales process, and messaging
Join call coaching and objection handling sessions
Get matched with your SDR buddy to learn from and lean on
Start shadowing discovery and prospecting calls

Next 60 Days — Hitting the Phones & Adding Value 
Begin outbound outreach using email, phone, and LinkedIn
Qualify inbound leads and route them to the right AE
Set up meetings with qualified prospects and track them in CRM
Collaborate closely with AEs and Marketing to refine your outreach

By 90 Days — Owning the Role 
Meet or exceed monthly meeting goals
Consistently run discovery calls and pre-qualification
Contribute ideas to help us improve team performance
