About BlueCat Integrity
BlueCat Integrity is the authoritative platform for DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) in large-scale enterprise environments. It’s built for hybrid and multicloud realities, offering unified visibility, automation, and embedded security across infrastructure layers. Integrity X, our next-gen release, reimagines the platform with a modern UI, OpenAPI 3.0, and predictive alerting to support resilient, scalable, and secure network operations.

Role Overview
We’re seeking a hands-on Software Engineering Manager to lead the Integrity applications team. You’ll be responsible for driving execution for value-added applications on top of the Integrity platform – initially focused on analytics. This role is pivotal in delivering the next wave of innovation for Integrity X and ensuring our platform continues to meet the evolving needs of enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow a team of software engineers in Canada, Serbia and contractors in Vietnam focused on Integrity’s value added services.
Drive execution of product roadmap initiatives in collaboration with Product Management and Architecture.
Champion engineering excellence, including CI/CD, test automation, and secure coding practices.
Guide the team through architectural modernization, including RESTful API development and UI/UX enhancements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of features across on-prem and cloud deployments.
Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade infrastructure or network software.
Experience with hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.
Demonstrated experience managing remote offshore contractor teams, including setting clear expectations, maintaining alignment across time zones, and ensuring quality delivery.

Preferred Experience
Strong understanding of DDI technologies, cloud-native architectures, and API-first design.
Prior work with DNS, DHCP, IPAM platforms or network security solutions.
Familiarity with BlueCat Integrity or similar platforms (e.g., Infoblox NIOS, EfficientIP).
Contributions to open-source projects or standards in networking or infrastructure.
