About Us
We are a Networking Company focused on building smart applications, tools, and plugins that simplify our customers’ lives. Our solutions are primarily crafted in Python and React, backed by PostgreSQL or SQLite databases, and deployed using Docker containers. Everything is hosted on our internal cloud platform – BlueCat Private Cloud (BPC) – built on VMware vSphere and custom BDDS servers.
Role Overview
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to strengthen our growing team. In this role, you will scale and optimize our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and monitoring systems. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, security specialists, and managers to ensure that our software delivery is reliable, efficient, and secure.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
• Manage and optimize Docker-based environments across Development, Release, and Production.
• Maintain and evolve infrastructure hosted on BPC (VMware-based private cloud).
• Monitor systems using ELK Stack and Prometheus/Grafana.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
• Support and enforce development standards: Linters, Formatters, Unit Tests, Cypress Tests.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration (Ansible, Terraform – nice to have).
• Ensure secure and reliable deployment of Docker images to Quay.io.
Required Skills
• Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD.
• Proficiency in Docker and container orchestration.
• Solid knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) server environments.
• Experience with monitoring tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Understanding of networking concepts and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Nice to Have
• Experience with Ansible and Terraform.
• Familiarity with VMware vSphere.
• Knowledge of Python, React, and Cypress.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
