We are seeking a detail-oriented International Accounting Compliance Manager to join our Accounting team. This role is critical in ensuring our global operations comply with local financial regulations and tax laws. You will work cross-functionally with the legal, finance, and tax teams to assist in managing financial & tax reporting and compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities:
Month-End Close: Support month-end and year-end closing processes in collaboration with regional support teams. Develop and maintain statutory books and records in a consolidated ERP system, including preparing and posting journal entries. Reconcile the monthly books and records to the statutory accounting system explaining and understanding differences in accounting and reporting
• Tax: Assist in preparing and filing international monthly and quarterly sales-tax returns. Assist and review jurisdictional annual corporate tax filings with internal team as well as external providers,
• Audit & Reporting: Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies for international audits and filings. Support internal accounting team on other audit and regulatory items. Prepare and review compliance reports, financial statements and documentation.
• Accounting: With the support of our external service providers, develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures that ensure adherence by our internal teams to jurisdictional accounting and tax requirements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Work with third party service providers to monitor and ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements across all jurisdictions where the company operates.
 Collaboration: Work with other members of the accounting team, support international operations and ongoing compliance.
• Technology Integration: Leverage accounting systems to streamline reporting and monitoring processes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in international compliance, accounting, or audit, preferably in a tech or multinational environment.
• Knowledge of different accounting standards relating to US GAAP and key differences to local GAAP in key operating regions (e.g., EMEA, APAC.
• Experience working with external auditors and third-party service providers
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP) and compliance software.
•  Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
•  Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
