We're on the lookout for a Senior Technical Recruiter who's passionate, driven, and ready to make an impact. In this role, you'll lead the charge in identifying and attracting top talent, while spearheading recruitment projects that keep our company ahead of the curve.
What you'll do:
·       Scout and engage top-tier talent across Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
·       Develop innovative recruitment strategies to meet our evolving hiring needs.
·       Collaborate closely with our People team, becoming an indispensable part of our collective success.
·       Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle with finesse.
·       Partner with senior leadership to align hiring goals with business objectives.
·       Craft compelling job postings that resonate with candidates.
·       Harness various channels to build robust candidate pipelines.
·       Screen candidates meticulously and champion the best to hiring managers.
·       Forge strong partnerships across the organization to drive results and establish credibility.
What we're looking for:
·       5+ years of recruitment experience, specializing in technical roles.
·       Mastery of full lifecycle recruiting.
·       A knack for sourcing top talent.
·       Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
·       Experience in developing and managing social recruitment initiatives.
·       A sense of urgency and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
·       Proven track record of driving results independently.
·       Strong project and process management skills.
·       Proficiency in using ATS and HRIS systems.
·       Global recruitment experience would be an asset.
