We are seeking a dynamic, highly technical, and strategic Technical Enablement Program Manager to lead enablement efforts for portfolio offerings, technical sales readiness, advanced sales training, and cross-sell initiatives. This role will work closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to ensure our most technical sales professionals (Account Executives and Solution Architects) are fully prepared to engage in deep technical conversations, position differentiators, and drive solution adoption across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Offering & Technical Enablement
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to deeply understand solution architectures, integrations, protocols, and technical differentiators.
- Design and deliver advanced technical training programs for AEs and SAs that cover solution architecture, system integrations, deployment scenarios, and troubleshooting strategies.
- Create technical sales playbooks, demo scripts, and architecture guides tailored to solution engineers and solution architects.
- Translate technical capabilities into customer value messaging that resonates with both business and technical buyers.

Conversion & Sales Conversation Enablement
- Develop enablement focused on migration conversations (e.g., perpetual to subscription, on-prem to SaaS/cloud).
- Build frameworks and tools that help sales teams handle complex technical objections and customer evaluation processes.
- Track program adoption and effectiveness through KPIs such as sales cycle time, technical proof-of-concept success rate, and conversion metrics.

Cross-Selling Strategy & Execution
- Build targeted technical enablement modules to promote cross-portfolio awareness and multi-product solution architectures.
- Analyze pipeline and account data to identify integration-led cross-sell opportunities and tailor technical training accordingly.
- Partner with field leaders to align technical enablement with account planning and customer engagement strategies.

Sales Enablement Operations
- Leverage enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Gong) and LMS tools to deliver and measure technical training content.
- Maintain an up-to-date repository of technical FAQs, demo environments, lab exercises, and customer use-case architectures.
- Establish continuous feedback loops between sales engineers, product, and enablement to refine technical programs.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales enablement, pre-sales engineering, or solution architecture.
- Strong technical background in networking, DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), or related enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Proven ability to train highly technical audiences, including solution architects, pre-sales engineers, and senior account executives.
- Experience enabling both technical and non-technical sales roles, with emphasis on hands-on technical training.
- Deep understanding of complex/solution selling processes and technical proof-of-concept cycles.
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills; Force Management certification preferred. -
Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), sales enablement tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and technical storytelling skills.

Preferred
- Background in product marketing, technical sales, or pre-sales engineering.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure, SaaS, or cloud architectures.
- Sales methodology certifications (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger).
