We are racing ahead with an exciting product development roadmap to continue to delight our customers and to ensure that our users can generate the very best possible tax research answers in the service of their clients in record time.

We have seen significant traction in the market since launching Ask Blue J in 2023, and are expanding our team to support our growth.

We are looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to build and lead the revenue operations function from the ground up. You are the first RevOps hire at Blue J! You’ll be taking what we have (maybe breaking it!) and building it into a function that supports our Revenue team through rapid growth.

This role is crucial to our success and will involve devising and implementing strategies to optimize our revenue processes and ensure alignment across our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. The successful candidate will understand the imperative of building an efficient and scalable revenue operations framework. We are seeking a collaborative, energized, process-oriented individual to create and drive a world-class revenue operations strategy. If you get your energy from building, creating and growing and have a keen eye for process, we want to hear from you!

Reporting to our CRO, the Head of Revenue Operations will design, develop, maintain, and scale Blue J’s revenue operations strategy. We’re at an incredibly exciting point in our growth journey, and looking for someone to match our energy as we dominate the tax research market.

You'll get to work closely with and learn from our amazing sales, marketing teams, and customer success teams, and we are looking forward to everything that we will learn from you!

A note on location: We are excited to meet with qualified candidates and are grateful for everyone’s interest. Please note that this is a hybrid position that requires applicants to be within commuting distance of Toronto for in person meetings a few times a quarter. All candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
