    • Collaborate with the Director on data governance, data quality, and stack improvements.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

    • Hands-on experience with modern analytics tools such as Snowflake, Looker (LookML), Hex, and Git workflows.
    • Experience with Python for analytics is a strong plus.
    • Experience with A/B testing, digital marketing, or subscription analytics preferred.
    • Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Demonstrated ownership of projects from scoping to delivery, including documentation of processes and findings.
    • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
