As a member of the Blueprint Title team, you will help us lead the charge in proving that the real estate closing industry is ready for novel technology, lower pricing, and better service.

As the Revenue Operations Analyst you will:

Work with our revenue-generating departments, including marketing, sales, and client
engagement to build our growth and customer engagement technology and data stack.
You will help to identify data sources, diagnose our teams’ data needs, and set
processes and pipelines for delivering data to relevant departments. You will also be
responsible for working closely with department heads to identify tools and technologies
which will make our customer acquisition, retention, and development efforts stronger,
while also being responsible for maintaining that infrastructure. 

What you may work on:
●Collaborate with our sales, marketing, client engagement, and data leadership to identify data and technology needs.
●Gain a full understanding of Blueprint’s growth strategy, as well as the current processes for communicating with and gathering data from prospects and customers.
●Work with engineering and product teams to integrate new Blueprint internal and external products into our growth stack.
●Identify opportunities for process improvement and execute implementation.
●Optimize our go-to-market infrastructure to enable better scale.
●Support relevant stakeholders with reporting needs and ad hoc requests.
●Be the technology resource for growth and customer engagement teams,
including making recommendations that will accelerate our ability to accomplish growth and retention goals.
●Stay up to date on the best practices for customer data process and growth and retention technology.
●Collaborate with other business operations teams in order to ensure seamless communication and data flow.
●Maintain relationships with vendors and technology partners, including ensuring that you are up to date on all product releases and updates.

What we are looking for in you:
●3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, or sales operations role.
●Experience with revenue, marketing, and/or sales operations, preferably in high growth, flexible startup environment
●Experience collaborating with senior leadership, as well as across multiple departments to accomplish revenue operations goals.
●Experience building a growth technology stack, including identifying and implementing sales and marketing technologies, including CRM, CMS, email, automation, and data tools. Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
●Experience delivering optimized data pipelines in formats that are usable for growth teams, including experience with SQL and other database technologies.
●Exceptional people and communication skills.
●A proactive, continuous learner with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
