As a member of the Blueprint Title team, you will help us lead the charge in proving that the real estate closing industry is ready for novel technology, lower pricing, and better service.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will: 
You will be the first point of contact for our clients and serve as the primary contact for all in-office post-closing activities. Duties will consist of providing excellent customer service, addressing all questions and concerns quickly, and various administrative tasks related to the post-closing process.  

What you may work on:
• Receiving and reviewing document packages for each file as delivered by the processing team.
• Preparing and executing all TX & CO manual county recordings Handling incoming inquiries over the phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Greeting onsite visitors and escorting them to the appropriate locations for closings, interviews, etc.
• Manage in-office document storage process for all post-closing activities 
• Working closely with Escrow Officers and Transactions Coordinators, when needed, to resolve recording issues
• Resolving any post-closing matters in a timely, and guiding the ops team on best practices for post closing
• Working with post-closing team to ensure all documents are recordable
• Additional office duties may be assigned as per the needs of the business

What we are looking for in you:
• You have 2 years of prior work experience in a fast-paced professional setting
• 1+ years of work experience in the real estate legal, or title industry
• Ability to work in an office environment Monday - Friday 9AM -5 PM 
• Experience working in a customer service environment
• Outstanding organizational abilities, multi-tasking skills, and relentless attention to detail
• You have excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to work proactively, multi-task, identify priorities, and respect the urgency of critical items
• You have demonstrated computer skills and an eagerness to work with new technologies  
• Excellent teamwork and organization skillsAbility to handle problems calmly and professionally
• Desire to work autonomously and take ownership of work
• Proactive, flexible approach to problem-solving
