As a member of the Blueprint Title team, you will help us lead the charge in proving that the real estate closing industry is ready for novel technology, lower pricing, and better service.

As a VP of Product, you will:
Play a pivotal role in the future of our company by leading our Product efforts and helping to set the associated direction for Engineering. Our VP of Product will be responsible for the overall vision and, ultimately, the execution of our Product strategy. You’ll manage the Product team and collaborate with other executive leaders to ensure alignment. The VP of Product will report directly to our CEO and work closely with all other departments at the company. 

What you may work on:
• Product Management and StrategyLead, manage, and mentor the Product team.
• Work closely with the Head of Engineering and engineering team to deliver a best-in-class product to drive transparent, frictionless real estate transactions. 
• Review and approve the Product team budget.
• Drive innovative ideas, solutions, and products through leadership and decisive action.
• Communicate with C-level staff, board members, and other stakeholders on the product roadmap.
• Work with Marketing leadership to assess product mix and product marketing strategy.
• Define, in collaboration with cross-functional leaders, competitive positioning for each product.
• Build incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers.
• Work directly with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and internal resources to develop best-in-class transaction communication and processes.
• Be an evangelist of our product and participate in press activities, conferences, and external discussions with thought leaders in the industry.
• Cultivate a product and user-centric culture in a traditionally slow, paper-based industry.
• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the Product department objectives.
• Drive efforts, in collaboration with other leadership team members:
-> Product roadmap planning 
-> Product lifecycle management from concept to launch of the product(s) across all products/product lines
-> Development of Product department forecasts and metrics
-> Define, represent, and communicate the Product strategy to all stakeholders

Leadership & Strategy:
• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the Company’s objectives.
• Actively participate in executive and senior leadership meetings and retreats, regularly sharing the Product team perspective in strategic conversations. 
• Participate in Company Values audit and review sessions, and inspire department team members by serving as an example of our values.
• In collaboration with the CEO and Head of Finance, develop the Product department's annual budget.
• Motivate multiple teams with diverse skill sets and backgrounds.
• Manage the Product department effectively through large company changes and priority shifts with ease and optimism. 
• Build strong and effective relationships with executive leaders. 

What we are looking for in you:
•  Experience leading product organizations for 3+ years.
•  Experience partnering with Marketing and other teams to create go-to-market strategies and campaigns. 
•  Ability to effectively evaluate the success of strategies for the Product department with a data-based perspective. 
•  Knowledge of the title insurance and proptech industry and our competitors. 
•  A customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating user feedback and research into the product development process
•  Ability to turn insights from multiple data sources into an actionable product roadmap. 
•  Passion for improving the title and closing experience through innovative product solutions.
•  Demonstrated success in mentoring and inspiring diverse teams. 
•  Ability to set, track, and successfully execute department objectives that contribute to the company's overall objectives. 
•  Direct experience with project management software or workplace collaboration software.
