At Bluesight, our mission is to create groundbreaking solutions that increase efficiency, safety and visibility for health systems, hospital pharmacy, and pharmaceutical manufacturers.  We empower our customers to deliver the right medicine to the right patient at the right time, every time.  We are a high growth healthcare information technology company with a start-up 'vibe' but over 2,000 customers using our proven solutions.

As a SDET, you’ll be responsible for building test strategies, frameworks, and tooling that enable fast feedback, stable releases, and confident deployments. You’ll coach teams on best practices for automated testing at the unit, integration, API, and UI levels. You’ll also lead initiatives to improve test coverage, reduce flakiness, and incorporate testing into CI/CD workflows.

This role is part enablement, part engineering you’ll write code, architect solutions, and lead by example. Most importantly, you’ll help define and maintain core standards for testability, reliability, and automation, and build the tooling and processes to scale those standards across the company.

We’re excited to share our passion for building resilient, customer-focused products. Your expertise will help shape our vision for what great testing, developer, and customer experience looks like.

As an SDET on our centralized Quality Enablement team, you'll act as a force multiplier for quality across the organization. Rather than being embedded in a single product team, you’ll build scalable solutions, frameworks, and best practices that empower all engineering teams to deliver reliable, testable software. Your focus will be on enabling teams to own quality confidently, accelerating feedback loops, and driving consistency in how we test and release software.

    • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and help teams troubleshoot and optimize their test suites
    • Identify common quality gaps and build centralized solutions to close them (e.g., flakiness dashboards, test coverage analysis, release gates)
    • Lead training sessions, documentation, and pairing to upskill developers on testing best practices
    • Establish and evolve standards for automated testing, reliability, and release quality across the organization

    • Knowledge of observability tools like Datadog
