This position leads product management for ControlCheck, a best product winner. ControlCheck uses industry-leading machine learning to prevent drug diversion at hospitals, sharpen non-compliant documentation practices, and ensure struggling team members receive the help they need.
As Product Manager of ControlCheck, you’ll define our product strategy through research and validation. To be successful in this position, you will be able to chase down market opportunities and drive them to implementation. You are a great analytical thinker with previous experience in end-to-end discovery. You come up with thoughtful hypotheses and facilitate collaboration across our organization and with our customers to develop the best ideas. You know when to rely on, and partner with your Engineering teammates to understand technical challenges and identify ways to overcome them. You own the product roadmap, define business objectives, and lean on your customer community and internal stakeholders to execute, and enforce the measurement of success. You believe with every fiber in your body that user experience/satisfaction is paramount but are pragmatic enough to know that there are always resource constraints you need to balance and that your product also has to be a financial success. You are highly coachable and are willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes.
Representative Responsibilities:
- Dig deep to solve complex technical product challenges
- Provide an objective analysis of the software and own the overall business of the product
- Establish and communicate the product vision, feature set, and roadmap
- Build and maintain the product roadmap, leveraging tools and methodologies to establish and defend prioritization decisions
- Create epics, opportunity assessments, business cases, personas, and positioning documents, etc., with sufficient detail to ensure your team has the guidance needed to solve the problems you are asking them to solve
- Analyze application usage, track feature adoption/KPIs, identify future opportunities for improvement, and generally ensure our investments are driving toward the appropriate business objective
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape
- Manage go-to-market and support sales and marketing as product evangelist (SME for RFPs, marketing materials, blog posts, major sales opportunities, trade shows, etc.)
- Analyze potential and support existing partner relationships for your product
- Champion the business and serve as a cross-functional GTM lead
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to influence and drive the product process across all functional areas
- 4+ years of Product Management experience with a SaaS product that is the product
- SaaS and technical skills, passion, and understanding
- An undergraduate degree; MBA a plus, or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Previous experience managing a data product or consulting service that heavily relied on data is desired
- Previous experience managing a Machine Learning product is preferred
- Experience with a Health IT or Saas company, preferably in the pharmaceutical space
$125,000 - $150,000 a year
This is the standard base pay range for this role. In addition to a base salary, this position is also eligible for an amazing benefits package. The actual amount of salary offered will vary depending on the position level, experience, performance, and location. This position is fully remote and open to applicants in the continental United States.
