Bluesight is seeking an experienced Event and Marketing Coordinator to plan, support and coordinate innovation-focused conferences, trade shows, learning sessions, symposiums, and showcases. The specialist will work with the marketing and product teams to create immersive event experiences and integrated campaigns for our products. Leveraging a strong understanding of events, conferences and meetings, utilizing strong communication and project management skills, and having a successful track record detailing attendee experience and journey. The Coordinator builds relationships and works collaboratively across programs.

Essential and Representative Duties:

    • Works cross-functionally and partners with colleagues on event and campaign strategies, while aligning to Bluesight campaigns for product promotion
    • Acts as project manager of programs/initiatives/campaigns and associated creative deliverables, timelines, and budgets, including maintaining internal and external partnerships and vendor relationships. Ensures event deliverables are on time and on budget.
    • Collaborates to ensure events achieve revenue generation goals, exceed attendee expectations, and reach intended and new audiences.
    • Communicate and closely manage details regarding setups, services, equipment needs, catering needs, and the scope of work that is to be provided for each specific meeting.
    • Be present at before and after hours events and flexible with working hours, as needed, many events will require travel.
    • Coordinating suppliers, handling queries and troubleshooting the event to ensure that all runs smoothly;
    • Tracking of each event finances including invoicing, check receipts, and reporting;
    • Managing Bluesight’s digital events including speaker logistics, Zoom Webinar preparations and project management tracker

Qualifications and Experience:

    • Excellent communication skills, including writing, proofreading skills, and speaking.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments from a variety of staff and clients.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.
    • Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision
    • Fantastic customer service ethics and high expectations for quality.
    • Bachelor’s degree; plus related event planning and marketing work experience preferred.
    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, event coordination and management
    • Must be comfortable hosting in-person and digital events

$65,000 - $85,000 a year
This is the standard base pay range for this role. In addition to a base salary, this position is also eligible for an amazing benefits package. The actual amount of salary offered will vary depending on the position level, experience, performance, and location. This position is fully remote and open to applicants in the continental United States.
