The Team Lead, Professional Services, provides expertise and leadership for the professional services supporting of Bluesight products. They will bring team management, healthcare compliance knowledge, and a passion for top-notch customer experience. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Team Lead plays a key role in growing value and impact for our customers and growing and developing a high-performing team. This role will lead a team focused on the delivery of Professional Services to our customers and directly supporting a portfolio of accounts. Success in this role is measured by a healthy P&L for the Professional Services line of revenue, customer business outcomes driven through Professional Services, and customer satisfaction results. The Team Lead, will collaborate across Bluesight to create a unified, consistent, and high-value engagement experience for customers.
The Team Lead, Professional Services role requires a strong background in healthcare compliance. Critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze complex healthcare data, with an ability to use prior knowledge and experience to assist customers with analyzing, processing, and ultimately preventing compliance violations using best operational and industry practices.
Representative Responsibilities:
- Direct support to a portfolio of Professional Services accounts.
- Drive customer Professional Services engagements to high-quality, high-impact, and high-value results.
- Develop and refine Professional Services product offerings to maximize value to our customers and grow a profitable line of business for Bluesight.
- Build meaningful, effective relationships with our customer base and represent the needs of our customers through product development input, technical support, help center resources, and other customer engagement initiatives.
- Onboard and train new hires, maintain and update onboarding guides and materials.
- Grow, mentor, and develop team members, provide ongoing feedback, mentoring, and coaching.
- Build and leverage reporting and insights in support of key responsibilities.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 7 years of compliance-related work in a healthcare setting
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing professional services with an accompanying SaaS product to healthcare organizations
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Health Information Management or Health Informatics
- Deep knowledge of compliance regulations and auditing in a healthcare setting
- Experience directly managing team members with a demonstrated history of success.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with cross-functional project teams to successful completion.
- Demonstrated experience working with electronic medical records
- Demonstrated experience developing and formulating compliance policies in a healthcare setting, and a keen understanding of the impact of those policies on workflows in a compliance setting
- Experience identifying, analyzing, investigating and resolving compliance cases in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to communicate with clarity and precision
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to provide concrete guidance and direction related to evaluation of facts and data
- Demonstrated experience giving presentations and leading training sessions
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized educational institution in a related compliance, healthcare and/or legal field of study
- Relevant healthcare compliance certification(s) (ex: CHC, CPCO, CHRC, CCEP, RHIA, CHDA, CHPS)
$85,000 - $105,000 a year
Bluesight offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The pay range for this position is $55,000 - $105,000 and includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
This position is a remote position and open to applicants in the continental United States.
