As a TPM at BlueSpace, you will collaborate with both engineering and business teams to engage with customers, architect solutions, and manage projects from inception to delivery. You will work with customers early and often to scope projects, define requirements, track work, and ensure what’s delivered meets or exceeds their expectations. Based on what you learn from customers, you will help the engineering team architect systems that can meet their needs, identify technology gaps, and balance the allocation of engineering resources. You’ll help the team by proactively identifying risks and developing programmatic and technical mitigations. To drive alignment, you’ll work with BlueSpace leadership to help manage customers, organize our portfolio, and identify strategic priorities. Along the way, you’ll discover new customer needs and work with leadership to start developing products that can help them.
Qualification and Experience
- Managed multiple robotics projects/programs.
- Experience delivering products with hardware and software components on time and on budget.
- Customer engagement during all phases of a project, from inception to deliveryLeadership engagement to drive alignment of product and strategy, resource allocation, and change management
- Understanding of requirements gathering, verification, and validation processes
- Demonstrated experience architecting software/hardware systems at the edge
- Enjoy learning from others and sharing your knowledge
