Your Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Marketplace Content Operations Manager to lead our Digital Content Team and own the end-to-end execution of content workflows across Amazon, Walmart, and other leading online marketplaces. You’ll play a critical leadership role in developing scalable systems, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring operational excellence that drives measurable growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities: 
·       • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing content operations team
·       • Drive accountability, continuous learning, and process discipline
·       • Oversee day-to-day marketplace content operations and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other third-party platforms
·       • Serve as a subject matter expert for content execution, including PDPs, Brand Stores, A+ Content, and Brand Story modules
·       • Guide the implementation of SEO best practices, variation strategy, and brand voice consistency
·       • Design, document, and optimize SOPs and workflows for scalable content production
·       • Proactively forecast team capacity and resource needs to avoid bottlenecks
·       • Implement performance KPIs and SLAs that ensure speed, quality, and impact
·       • Leverage merchandising and platform data to improve content effectiveness
·       • Collaborate on pricing strategy and profitability analysis for new and existing scopes of work
·       • Report on operational metrics and insights to stakeholders and clients

Experience and Expertise:  
·       • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing marketplace content on Amazon, Walmart, or eBay
·       • Proven ability to lead cross-functional content projects from ideation through execution
·       • Strong grasp of marketplace content strategy, including SEO, enhanced content, and variation logic
·       • Demonstrated success as a people manager or team lead, with a track record of consistently delivering high-quality work on-time and in-full across multiple content disciplines

Skills & Mindset:
·       • Highly organized, data-savvy, and fluent in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization)
·       • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking; comfortable with reporting and pricing models
·       • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and cross-functional
·       • Self-starter who’s resourceful, curious, and constantly looking to improve

Other Requirements
·       • Bachelor’s degree preferred
·       • Full-time availability Monday–Friday within the 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST window
·       • Must be a current resident of the United States
