Your Role:  
We are seeking a Designer/Artist with a strong design portfolio who can quickly and efficiently translate a creative brief into a creative product that adheres to brand style guides and helps to deliver on the brand’s marketing or merchandising strategies and overall business goals. To excel in this role, you must be flexible, able to design across a wide variety of product types or categories and have a knack for challenging yourself to improve your skills and output (remain best in class). The creative team is under constant deadlines. As a result, we are looking for a candidate who can effectively handle multiple project tasks with strict deadlines.

In the 1st month, you will… 
· Immerse yourself in BW’s culture, team and product.  
· Establish and cultivate positive relationships with key decision-makers. 
· Take a deep dive into the assigned client’s business needs and objectives. 
Sharpen your skills in Month 2 by… 
Seek ways to enhance shopper engagement with branded content and drive shopper conversion (focusing on mobile and responsive design first) 
Provide design support to other creative team members
Research Content Optimization trends and Provide Content Optimization Consultation to Clients and Internal Stakeholders and help drive conversion 
Ensures Creative assets developed meet brand standards - color, font, production quality and more.  
Execute in Month 3 by...  
Design PDP Images or Marketing Tiles, Enhanced Product Content for Marketplace Ecommerce Listings 
Build Enhanced Product Content and Brand Stores on Marketplace Platforms such as Amazon 
Translate creative briefs into targeted and effective creative output within the time allotted by the Product Operations Team 
Design and create content for seasonal campaigns landing pages, display banners and other digital merchandising assets. 
Desired Skills & Experience 
Experience with Amazon digital content (including SEO/copy, A+ content, and Stores). 
Passionate, collaborative, results-driven (do-er) 
Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite
Mastery of basic design principals such as typography, composition, scale, etc. 
Keen eye for the smallest details 
Obsesses over the customer experience and the brand consistency 
Ability to manage multiple deadlines on various projects at a time 
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment 
Excellent communicator, effective cross-functional collaborator, and a skilled listener 
Experience with Amazon content design and execution 
Bachelor’s degree in communication design, digital design, digital advertising, or comparable degree program, or commensurate experience 
Software Proficiency: Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
