Bodyport is a virtual cardiac clinic aimed at reducing the burden of heart disease through personalized, evidence-based care. In just one daily step, our novel sensors and algorithms predict changes in health status, enabling early, optimized interventions that significantly improve outcomes. Bodyport is initially targeting heart failure, a chronic condition affecting over 6 million Americans and a leading cause of hospitalizations (1M/year) and healthcare spending ($35B/year). As Head of Marketing at Bodyport, you will create engaging content to grow the business. You will be responsible for shaping the Bodyport brand story and engage Patients, Clinicians, Health Systems and Partners with that story through an omni-channel program that supports key business objectives. You will develop a high-performing team and work closely with Sales and Member Success Teams to optimize execution and identify new content opportunities.

Your role at Bodyport:

    • Lead the creation and alignment of our Marketing strategy
    • Develop and implement organic social editorial, partnerships & collaborations, social & influencer communities, blogs, web, and consumer PR strategies to build lasting relationships with Bodyport’s member community
    • Support acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention strategies
    • Plan and execute all marketing functions including brand, events, content development, PR, email campaigns, organic / social, and paid media performance marketing
    • Establish our market positioning to drive more business and growth
    • Drive the creation of sales collateral
    • Communicate and educate the teams on ad-hoc and planned marketing activities
    • Aligning the overall marketing strategy, branding, and messaging with our Sales and Member Success teams

You'll be a great fit if you have:

    • Agency experience and/or experience in brand management, content, community marketing or public relations
    • Experience building and scaling consumer influencer and community strategies that build brand awareness, affinity and maintain high satisfaction
    • Experience in managing SEM, SEO, and organic channels
    • Excellent CRM and Performance-Based marketing skills
    • Decision-making skills and ability to drive progress and produce results with little oversight.
    • Excellent project and workflow management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines simultaneously.
    • Highly effective organization and communication skills, and ability to work across functions
    • Must have people management experience.
    • 10+ years of marketing experience
    • Developed quantitative and analytical skills to understand and optimize marketing and campaign performance (KPI setting, reporting, management).
    • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
    • Nimble, agile, rolled up sleeves self-starter, with a growth mindset
    • Have a passion for improving healthcare delivery
