Position Overview
The Facilities Generalist will inspect the campus workspace to ensure optimal functioning of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment. They will assist maintenance initiatives as needed and regularly conduct quality evaluations across campus to meet Riot Facilities standards. They will assist the Operation’s Specialist on tasks and projects at Riot Games when needed.

Essential Job Functions
Receives and completes work tickets, organizes individual workload, and supports team projects as directed by the Operation’s Specialist 
Inspects conference rooms and specialty rooms across Riot campus prior to Rioters’ arrival, resetting them according to our conference room checklist and reporting damaged assets or safety concerns
Maintains inventory across Riot campus for supply rooms, printer stations, restroom amenities, and first aid cabinets
Organizes, restocks, and orders medical and restroom supplies throughout campus
Escorts external vendors through Riot spaces
Conducts inspections of campus, documents findings, generates tickets, and reports emergent issues to the appropriate team member for resolution
Routinely checks indoor and outdoor common areas, resetting them according to standards and reporting damaged assets or safety concerns
Assist with special projects as needed (moving desks, updating clocks, KoP audit, building furniture, etc.)
Tracks, checks, and refills levels of water softener and helium, assist in placing orders to replenish inventory
As needed, picks up and delivers desks, furniture, and/or packages
Open and closes automatic garage doors and blinds at set times throughout the day
Helps the logistics of on-site events (Thunderdome, Tech Summit, GRC, Summer event, etc.)
Performs minor maintenance projects for furniture assembly, equipment, custom built materials
Liaises with onsite engineering vendors to resolve emergent problems with facilities equipment and infrastructure (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)

Required Skills:
Requires standing and walking for prolonged periods of time
Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive
Able to clearly communicate issues with Rioters and Facilities team
Properly prioritizes workload based on urgency /need
Must be able to work night, weekends, and overtime as required
Current valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Assist Front Desk Support as needed
As needed, provide support for mail pick up and receiving
