You are/have

    • 7+ years of hands-on growth experience. You have a track record of driving sustainable growth at early stage startups.
    • 3+ years of growth leadership experience. You’ve led cross-functional growth teams with ownership across multiple channels.

    • An exceptional individual contributor. You are equally comfortable with things like doing your own keyword research and in training others to do it.
    • SQL experience or the ability to learn quickly is a strong plus. The Bold.org platform is extremely data-rich. While we have a Data Science team, you will move faster and be more effective if you can build your own dashboards and conduct your own research.
    • Experience with growth modeling, funnel optimization, AB/multivariate testing, growth product, and viral marketing.
    • Resourceful. You love finding ways to operate quickly. You excel at finding rapid, lean ways to test exciting new ideas. You make complicated things simple. You get energy from seeing successful results.
    • You thrive in a high-velocity, outcome-oriented environment where growth is in our company-wide DNA.
