We're looking for an experienced Technology Partner Manager to join the Business Development team. As a Partner Manager for the Technology Partnerships category, you will work closely with our product and technology partners as well as our Product, Ops, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Customer Service and BD teams to integrate and launch partnerships that support Bolt’s businesses. You will build and execute joint business plans that focus on filling in any product or technical gaps that help our technology teams drive revenue growth and operational excellence. In addition, you will also provide the end-to-end support necessary to facilitate successful partner launches, including communicating with partners, supporting their product specifications, and managing their ongoing relationship with Bolt. Internally, you will collaborate with key cross-functional teams to support our partners, support our internal teams in communicating and working with these partners, and ensuring all launch requirements are met. 

Responsibilities

    • Build a relationship with and support partners on an ongoing basis
    • Structure terms, negotiate and sign new partnership agreements, in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including legal, product, and marketing. 
    • Build launch plans and collaborate with our product team to execute on the shared vision of the partnerships
    • Be the day-to-day go-to person for our partners, helping them achieve their business objectives while working with Bolt
    • Support the business in the transition from deal negotiation to tactical efforts around launch
    • Build regular cadences with the partner to ensure business requirements as specified in the contract are met to include weekly partner check ins, quarterly business reviews, executive level reporting, managing steering committees, etc.
    • Work with cross-functional teams at Bolt along with the partner to build robust go-to-market plans
    • Work close with project management, marketing, product and engineering teams to ensure all  go-to-market plans are executed successfully
    • Onboard and support a global ecosystem of partners to build innovative experiences for Bolt customers
    • Develop and implement strategies to grow and scale our partner base, to drive adoption of the program, including high-impact events and resources (e.g., workshops, live streams, tutorials)
    • Build joint business plans, performing analysis with operations counterparts to understand trends, provide impactful insights, and track efficiency and success of initiatives to ensure we are driving towards the best possible outcome

You will succeed in this role if the following is true

    • You can manage both the big picture and the important details. You have experience managing product and technical launches from beginning to end.
    • You are organized and always on top of your deadlines to ensure nothing gets missed. You also have an eye to the big picture and thrive by crafting new ways to add to existing partnerships.
    • You can drive initiatives to a close. You will drive key initiatives across our business teams to grow strategic and long term opportunities with our various partners. This involves wearing many hats and jumping in to help your teammates.
    • You can read between the lines. You will be working with partners from various teams such as Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, etc.
    • You know how to develop strong relationships and lead day-to-day interactions with your partners.
    • You can employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships.
    • You work well with your cross-functional partners to get things done, especially product and marketing teams.

Minimum Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in partner management, working in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams, internal/external stakeholder management, and developing and executing strategies to deliver business results
    • BS/BA in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
    • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results with limited supervision
    • Plus for experience with eCommerce Marketplaces, large online publishers, companies in the payments or financial services space
    • Ability to travel as needed
