Office Manager / Site Manager - SLC

Bolt is growing quickly in Salt Lake City and needs an Office Manager to help bring order to our growth, cultivate our phenomenal culture, and enable our team to do their best work.
Our ideal office manager is singularly capable of building an amazing place to work. You’ll help us scale (without breaking) through 3-4xing our SLC headcount. You’ll build and own programs around onboarding, events, culture and office vibe. You’ll be the operational backbone and connection between SLC and our other offices.
The ideal candidate has helped a team go through hyper growth and can proactively identify issues.
- Own the office environment
- Select and manage vendors and service providers
- Scale our SLC operations
- Manage new office selection and build out
- Onboard new employees
- Help proactively build processes to make everyone’s job’s easier
- 4+ years in a similar role / similar high growth environment
- You should be a people magnet.
- Experience with basic accounting and budgeting
- Experience with basic human resources best practices
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Exemplarily organized
- Grit, determination, and intelligence
