Roofing and Masonry Project Supervisor
Join a great company, come join us as Bone Dry is in search for a Roofing and Masonry Field Project Foreman! Our Roofing and Masonry Field Project Foreman will complete a variety of jobs such as roofing projects, chimney rebuilds, and masonry repairs for Bone Dry customers providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have experience meeting with homeowners regularly to conduct sales and business transactions, a customer service focus in their work, and the ability to interact professionally with customers. This qualified individual will be able to start all jobs by meeting with the homeowner, pick up or ordering all materials for jobs, and performing quality control on all jobs. Work trucks and fuel will be provided by Bone Dry.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Your primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.
- Perform necessary repairs for homeowners as described in the scope of work. Scope of work can include, but is not limited to roofing projects, chimney rebuilds and masonry repairs.
- Help to supervise projects involving subcontractors and be the main point of contact for the customer during the project.
- Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects.
- Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after projects.
- Be on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotation.
- Prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete.
- Look for other necessary repairs, i.e., roofing, gutters, windows, etc.
- Follow all safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a background check
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Prior experience with meeting clients and prospects face-to-face.
- Customer service focus and diligent mindset.
- Previous experience working with roofing and masonry repairs.
