Overview
Primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity. Responsible for providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Mixing and making mortar
- Installing chase lids
- Tuck pointing
- Brick replacements
- Minor roof and flashing repairs
- Comprehending the basics of installing masonry work
- Communicating with customer during project via text strings
- Performing walk through with customer and collect payment as needed
- Coaching, developing, and teaching Masonry Laborer to come Apprentice.
- Continuing education in all aspects of Masonry to ensure understanding in the field.
- Must possess a current valid driver's license in order to operate any company vehicles.
- Must comply with all company safety and personnel policies.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 100 lbs.
Qualifications
- Five years masonry experience required
- Valid driver's license
- Pass background check
- Submit to a DOT physical and drug screen
- Willingness to travel up to 5%
- This position will require the selected candidate to work two Saturdays per month, March through November
