We are now seeking a creative and motivated Sales Support Manager to join our growing family.

Job Overview: As the Sales Support Manager at Bone Dry Roofing, you will oversee and manage the Sales Support Specialists team, who are responsible for post-estimate outreach to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective follow-up on unsold estimates, nurture potential clients, and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a results-driven mindset are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Support Specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to meet sales objectives.
    • Oversee the process of reaching out to clients who have received estimates but have not yet committed to a purchase.
    • Develop and implement strategies for effectively following up on unsold estimates to convert potential clients into customers.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, addressing questions, concerns, and objections to encourage a positive buying decision.
    • Continuously assess and improve post-estimate follow-up processes and workflows to enhance conversion rates.
    • Track team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales analytics. Provide feedback, coaching, and training to enhance performance.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in CRM systems or databases.
    • Ensure that all interactions align with company standards, messaging, and policies to provide a consistent and positive client experience.
    • Generate reports on sales support activities, performance metrics, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in sales support or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales objectives.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow-up effectively.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems and databases (experience with CRM systems is a plus).
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with the roofing or construction industry (a plus, but not required).
