As a Commercial Crew Supervisor, you will be responsible for customer communication, supervision of installation, and job organization throughout the roof replacement process.

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Walk through the proposal with the customer at the start of a job
    • Take pictures to verify the material & scope of work
    • Maintain job site cleanliness throughout the duration of the job
    • Updates with pictures/descriptions on captivated (minimum 3 times)
    • Clean up the job site after lunch
    • Mid-day 5-Point Inspection
    • Oversee roof installation


    • Valid driver's license
    • 2+ years of experience preferred
    • Pass a background check
    • Willingness to travel up to 15 %

Compensation and Benefits

    • $25 to $ $30 per hour commensurate with experience
