Multi-Trade Technicians complete a variety of jobs such as siding and gutter repair, and occasional roof repairs, and provide exceptional service for Bone Dry customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspect problem gutters, siding, fascia, soffits, etc. to determine the best repair procedures.
- Estimate materials and labor required to complete exterior jobs as scoped.
- Cement or nail flashing strips of metal or shingle over joints to make them watertight.
- Be able to start and complete projects with autonomy.
- Prepare and collect invoices.
- Look for other necessary repairs, i.e., gutters, gutter guards, damaged siding, etc.
- Follow all safety procedures.
Requirements
- General Carpentry knowledge is a must.
- Ability to safely climb ladders to reach roofs, and attic spaces as needed.
- Ability to safely walk at higher elevations and slopes as needed.
- Valid driver's license.
- Pass a background check.
- Industry experience required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- Commission based $60,000 to $80,000+ potential
