Sales Representative: Commercial Roofing

Quality Roofing Systems, part of the Bone Dry Family, is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Roofing Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, promoting our roofing services to potential clients, and managing the entire sales process. This is a high-growth opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and is looking to join a leading roofing company.

Responsibilities

    • Develop new business by identifying potential clients and selling our roofing services
    • Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services
    • Manage the entire sales process, including preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
    • Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure customer needs are met
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage
    • Create and maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client information
    • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis

Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales or a related field
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and construction techniques
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work

Education

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
