Summary/Objective:
Join a great company! We are looking for a HVAC- Lead Installation Technician to fill an opening immediately in Indianapolis area.
The qualified Install Technician will have an HVAC installer and repair background with 4+ years of relevant work experience.
Your primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Heating and Cooling, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.
Essential Functions:
- Complete each customer repair.
- Install all equipment and accessories
- 4+ years of prior HVAC repair and installer experience
- Coordinate daily schedules with CSR’s and/or management.
- Perform maintenance calls to Bone Dry guidelines
- Document all information off equipment tags and take pictures
- Perform complete performance certification on all installs
- Prepare and collect invoice
- Follow all safety procedures
- Participate in company provided trainings and further training to maintain NATE certification
- Work closely with customer care representatives to understand and implement new more efficient activities for the division
- Work closely with DM to create marketing materials and service literature

Qualifications
- 4+ years of prior HVAC repair and installer experience.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of an outdoor job.
- Valid driver's license (non negotiable)
- Pass a background check
- Military service a plus
