RCV Roofing, Siding & Gutters, now part of the Bone Dry Family, is currently seeking a Field Assistant/Technician. This position will assist Field Supervisors and cross train on all teams. It is for motivated self-starters with a positive outlook. Integrity, accountability, and working within a team are must-have attributes for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Before, during and after repairs (tear down chimney, change vents, cap off wires, gutter guard removal and reinstallation, etc.) that support full roof replacements
- Shingle, metal and rubber roof repairs
- Soffit and fascia repairs and replacement
- Skylight/Sun Tunnel repairs and replacements
- Gutter and Downspout Repairs and Installation
- Gutter Cleaning
- Gutter Guards
- Attic Insulation
- Emergency Tarps
- Set up and clean up of job sites
- Turn in complete work orders with names, photos and hours spent on project
- Shop cleaning and organization
- Clean and stock trucks
- Diplomatically resolve conflicts and protect the RCV brand and team
- Responsive and professional communication to clients and co-workers
- Make each job a success by achieving customer satisfaction and earning their recommendation
- Cross train on all teams
- Field Assists will report to the Field Supervisor they are working with that day
- Run materials to and from jobs and suppliers as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous Experience in Construction
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
- Ability to lift 100+ pounds
- Ability to climb ladders while carrying tools and or heavy materials
- Must possess the ability to positively and professionally interact with co-workers, the general public, contractors, and RCV clientele
- Good time management, organization, and attention to detail skills
- Knowledge of trades
Compensation and Benefits
- $13 -$19/hour with room for annual growth (based on experience)
