Bone Dry Roofing is seeking an Assistant Fleet Administrator that will play a critical role in supporting Bone Dry’s fleet operations, equipment procurement and distribution, while maintaining accurate recordkeeping.  This position will require the maintaining of ongoing records for fleet assets with strong attention to detail, data integrity and accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the Fleet Division Manager to ensure the company fleet is operating at peak performance.
    • Utilize telematics technology to assist in the tracking and reporting of assets and to ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Issues and monitors fuel card usage.
    • Assist with the tracking of all fleet vehicles and equipment to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
    • Troubleshoot repair problems, review work orders, coordinate cost estimates, provide technical direction and assistance with vehicle maintenance decisions.
    • Track and coordinate warranty repairs and maintenance agreements for outside repair in conjunction with company guidelines.
    • Monitor compliance/reporting as it relates to the vehicle fleet; procure state required certificates of title, insurance documents, and arrange for registrations and state inspections.
    • Coordinate internal title transfers on vehicles transferred from one state to another state and newly purchased vehicles.
    • Coordinate periodic vehicle and equipment inspections.
    • Act as the point of contact on all vehicle violations and toll queries.
    • Assist with projects and other duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 2 years of customer service experience 
    • Previous experience in automobile/fleet industry (preferred)
    • Ability to work two Saturdays a month as needed
    • Availability to coordinate after hours emergency situations as needed
    • Strong and accurate typing skills Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook-with emphasis on Excel for spreadsheets and X-lookups)
    • Strong ability for  multi-tasking, follow-through skills to bring tasks and situations to closure in a timely manner, priority setting, and having a sense of urgency in accomplishing tasks
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
