Repair Technician: Gutters, Siding, and Roofing

Your primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service. Our Repair Technicians complete a variety of jobs such as roofing, siding and gutter repair for Bone Dry customers, providing exceptional service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Repair Shingle, Tile, and Metal roofs, all steep slope materials
- Communicate with customers for arrival time and when finished
- Pick up material for repairs from suppliers and storage
- Collect payment when finished
- Company truck and fuel is provided
- Follow all safety procedures.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a background check
- 3 to 5 Years of industry experience
Compensation and Benefits
- $22-30 hourly dependent on experience
- Medical, vision, and dental insurance
- Company paid Life Insurance
- 401(k) plan with 3% company contribution
- PTO, vacation, and sick time.
