Insulation Technician**

We are currently seeking an experienced Insulation Technician to join our team. As an Insulation Technician, you will be provided with a company vehicle, fuel card, and company paid cell phone. You will be responsible for installing spray foam and fiberglass insulation in residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a variety of environments.

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Install spray foam and fiberglass insulation in residential and commercial buildings
    • Experience with spray foam insulation is required
    • Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas
    • Apply insulation materials to walls, ceilings, and floors using specialized equipment
    • Seal insulation gaps to ensure airtightness
    • Clean and maintain equipment and tools
    • Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 pounds)
    • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
    • Ability to work in confined spaces
    • Ability to wear personal protective equipment for extended periods of time


    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Previous insulation installer experience is required
    • Experience with with spray foam and fiberglass is preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a variety of environments, including confined spaces and at heights
    • Valid driver's license
