What will be your responsibilities?
- Create Quality check process with proper auditing and training process.
- Should be able to implement quality management practices to review mis-sells and expectation setting.
- Analyse data on CRM on daily basis to provide regular input to the sales and the customer support team.
- Communicate findings and bridge the gap between the training, sales and the customer support team.
- Work closely with the Sales Team and CSMs for a smooth onboarding experience.
What do we need from you?
- 1-3 years of experience in the sales operations/research/support function
- Analytical Skills, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- You excel in analytical thinking, open ended research, and problem solving
- Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
- You have some experience with sales tools (Hubspot, Aircall, Salesforce, Fireflies etc)
- You have a process-oriented mindset and ability to get things done
- You enjoy working in an in-office environment with strong cross team collaboration and support
- You are able to prfioritize and enjoy working in a quick-moving environment
- Prior experience collaborating with SDRs and AEs is a plus.
