About the Role

BookNook is looking for a passionate Marketing Operations Manager to add to our growing marketing team here at BookNook. This person reports to the Director, Marketing Services, and will coordinate with other marketing and sales professionals to implement and report on marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and strategic thinker and will be excited about fulfilling BookNook’s explosive growth.

Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide day-to-day HubSpot system administration and configuration 
    • Ensure data integrity across all platforms
    • Ensure HubSpot to Salesforce lead flow is timely and accurate
    • Work closely with our Partnership Development Team on lead metrics, lead flow and honing processes
    • Manage and maintain reporting and dashboards, funnels, and campaigns
    • Research target audiences and develop campaign lists
    • Implement segmentation strategies for targeted verticals and personas
    • Assist with lead management process
    • Oversee opt-out requirements to assure legal compliance (CAN-SPAM and CASL)
    • Communicate and collaborate with the rest of the Marketing team and internal stakeholders
    • Drive operational process improvements
    • Integrate new technology into the MarTech Stack

What we're looking for:

    • 4 - 8 years experience in marketing operations or similar role in high growth environment
    • High level of expertise in HubSpot with deep knowledge of setting up campaigns and metrics 
    • Experience with data analysis and reporting
    • Prefer some experience with Salesforce
    • Experience with Asana project management preferred
    • Good time management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks 
    • Experience in a collaborative working environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
