Who you are:
As a Technical Consultant, you will design and articulate enterprise-grade technology solutions for our clients to help them achieve their goals. You will track the enterprise technology trends and best practices, share your thoughts within the organization, and offer expertise externally. You are knowledgeable about enterprise solution standards in the areas of Content Management Systems, Analytics, Digital Commerce, Enterprise Resource Planning, API Development & Middleware.

What you will do:

    • Assist Business Development team with new project estimates and drive conversations with client IT stakeholders
    • Translate client’s business goals into achievable technology strategies and high-level requirements, keeping user experience as a top priority
    • Author and manage technology development and overall engagement details, ensuring all parties are well-equipped to execute roadmaps and the right stakeholders are seeing business value
    • Serve as the principal liaison between product management, operations, and technology teams
    • Evaluate potential candidates for technology partnerships such as mobile SDK’s or technology enablement
    • Maintain confidentiality of client credentials, components of statistical work, client documents, proprietary system design, and trade secrets

What you bring to the position:

    • Bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology,
    • Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum 5 years' professional experience consulting for or working in technical industries
    • Minimum 4 years’ technical experience as a consultant or architect
    • Minimum 3 years' leadership experience designing strategies for enterprise-grade digital transformations
    • Experience navigating enterprise-level conversations and concepts
    • Demonstrable experience delivering programs in at least one of the following areas: cloud transformation, SaaS implementations, and/or large-scale functional transformations
    • Detail-oriented, take-ownership attitude, self-organizing, and highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects performance
    • Strong communication skills with a high emphasis on the ability to explain technology in business terms and express opinions clearly in a straightforward manner

Bonus Points:

    • Experience navigating enterprise-level conversations and concepts
    • Demonstrable experience delivering programs in at least one of the following areas: cloud transformation, SaaS implementations, and large-scale functional transformations programming
