Bouldering Project’s mission is to foster meaningful human connection with the most inspiring and inclusive climbing, movement, and community spaces. We care deeply about humans. We’re driven by the pursuit of better. We create joyful places and pathways for climbing, fitness, yoga, and social experiences that inspire people to challenge themselves and engage in a lifestyle centered around health, friendship, and purpose.

ROUTE SETTER APPRENTICE

At Bouldering Project, our Setting Program is dedicated to creating varied and engaging climbs for all ability levels. The Route Setter Apprenticeship is designed to support experienced climbers as they grow into competent and confident setters.

We’re committed to building a more inclusive climbing community and especially welcome applications from people whose backgrounds or identities have been underrepresented in the route setting profession. This seasonal apprenticeship is part of our broader effort to open more pathways into the climbing industry.
