We are looking for an adaptable Product Marketing Intern to support our Product Marketing team as they shape and communicate our product narrative within the company and throughout the market. Day-to-day, this intern will learn our customer voices, research product strategy, navigate the competitive landscape, and help position our products within the market. You will work with the Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams on a daily basis and help us shake up the status quo as we bring to market the sleekest, smartest business management platform within today’s beauty and personal care industries.
- Help drive go-to-market strategy by supporting product launch plans which include collateral creation and competitive analysis
- Explore new customer and user personas through research, drafting surveys, and working with internal teams
- Support product strategy by diving into usage data to understand how different customer segments navigate the platform
- Contribute to ongoing documentation updates to ensure the most accurate information across both internal and external resources
- Have/are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or MBA
- Curiosity, willingness to think outside of the box and innovate
- Strong attention to detail and appreciation for deadlines
- Data-driven mindset and rely on research to inform decisions
- A knack for multi-tasking, understanding unique perspectives, and investigating human behavior
- Passion for the beauty and self-care industry, anything from haircare, to pedicures, to spa days
