The Business Development Representative Intern will directly assist the VPs of Sales and Business Development and their teams to drive client pool growth and qualifying leads that can build into long-term business relationships. The intern will develop workflows with the team, track experiment performance, and organize resources relating to the experiments. The ideal candidate enjoys identifying and orchestrating opportunities for data connections as well as orchestrating project work. You have a strong organizational prowess, are inquisitive, and have a willingness to learn.
- Cultivate workflows for faster prospect pipeline progression
- Assess lead capture processes develop experimental workflows with the team based on success/fail averages
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and conversion metrics
- Establish reporting and data distribution rhythm to keep stakeholders informed of team experiments
- Organize resources needed by the team relating to the experimental workflows
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, or operational support of a business
- Familiarity with the beauty and personal care industry
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work diligently and intelligently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability
