Salesforce Consultants are the major contributors for enhancing the value by generating more revenue and bring goodwill among their clients. They are renowned for developing unique solutions and can even analyse how future changes can impact the business.

You will be part of the Salesforce Practice that work closely with the teams across Bounteous with a goal of growing our operational efficiencies through the development of standards and practices, and internal advocacy around Salesforce.
Good candidates will be able to direct the design solutions from concept to completion and possess strong client and communication skills. The best candidate will be creative, highly detailed, demonstrate the ability to define and solve complete problems, and work in a fast-paced environment for multiple clients.

Role and Responsibilities


You will have to spearhead and manage all communication conducts between stakeholders at customer and Bounteous. The activities encompass working with customers, related third parties/ partners and Bounteous technical team to define and document business processes and software requirements for implementing and maintaining Salesforce CRM applications.

Helping Bounteous implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators, and partners.
Presenting the customer requirements and handing over to for execution.

Requirements for the core of Consultant’s role:
 
(I)  Requirements Gathering- defining, analysing, and documenting requirements; managing requirements at the project level, leading to fulfilling business needs

1.  Assisting with the business case.
2.   Planning and monitoring
3.  Eliciting requirements.
4.  Requirements organization
5.  Translating and simplifying requirements.
6.  Requirements management and communication
7.  Requirements analysis

(II)  Requirements Analysis - Use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and handing over to delivery teams for deployment
 
1. Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, and work with the project management team to prepare project plan, effort estimation, prioritizes deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities
2. Provide analytic support, partner with development and analytic teams to provide reporting on software solutions!
3. Participate in Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing
4.Conduct User Training and Admin Training sessions, document user manuals
5.Be first point of contact for post go live support and hyper care as needed for critical and large roll outs.

Required Technical Skills

1. Salesforce CRM Administrator to Consultant skill level is preferred.  
2. Customer interfacing experience
3. Strong business analysis skills
4. Experience in modelling business processes
5. Experience conducting workshops and training session
6. Clear understanding of development processes – SDLC
7. Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
8. Business case development

Required Experience

Applicants must currently be on a career break, with a minimum duration of one year, and possess at least 4 years of expertise as a Salesforce Consultant

1. Must have demonstrated experience in gathering requirements by directly interacting with customers for CRM, web based and mobile related projects
2. Must have experience working closely with different stakeholders at customer, partner, and technical teams
3. Must have knowledge preparing business requirement documents and ensures that there is integration between business and technology
4. Must have experience analyzing and modelling existing business processes
5. Prepare current state of business process and desired future state
6. Experience working with Onsite-offshore model preferred
7. Exposure to tools preferred
