Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Role and Responsibilities
- Design and implement MxML workflows for trade processing, static data, and market data interfaces
- Customize and maintain inbound/outbound interfaces using MxML Exchange
- Develop and troubleshoot MxML formulas, templates, and transformations
- Collaborate with trading, risk, and IT teams to align Murex configurations with business needs
- Support ETL processes, EOD batches, and integration with upstream/downstream systems
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and documentation of Murex configurations
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Murex MxML Exchange and workflow design
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, XML, and Unix/Linux scripting.
- Familiarity with financial instruments and trade lifecycle management
- Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins) and cloud platforms such as AWS a plus
