The Talent and Culture Recruiter is responsible for the full life-cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, attracting, testing, selecting, and on-boarding qualified candidates to fill open job openings.  The goal is to attract top talent from our candidates’ pool, gain competitive advantage, and fuel our company’s growth.


    • Consistently allocate and attract candidates by using various means in supporting the company's growth
    • Work with hiring managers to develop and update job requirements and qualifications
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
    • Manage third party recruiting firms and candidates in an applicant tracking system
    • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards and advertising vehicles
    • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
    • Monitor and apply recruiting best practices
    • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
    • Work with the rest of Talent and Culture to onboard new employees efficiently, helping the new team member become fully integrated
    • Promote the company's reputation as a "best place to work"

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proven work experience as a recruiter in the technical or digital agency space
    • BS/MS in Business Administration, Marketing, and/or Human Resources Management or equivalent
    • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, etc.)
    • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks,  etc.)
    • Familiarity with databases, applicant tracking systems, and/or CMS
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong decision making skills
