Currently, we are searching for an OpenAir Administrator to add to our Finance & Operations team. Successful candidates will have prior administrative experience with OpenAir and a demonstrated history of using business intelligence to inform strategic business decisions. Basic experience with NetSuite is desired, but not required.

Role and Responsibilities

    • Administration, support, and ongoing configuration and customization of OpenAir to suit our business needs
    • Serve as the key Subject Matter Expert for the OpenAir platform, providing support for our users, and company assistance with project setup, resourcing, invoicing, time and expense entry,
    • Translate work requirements into OpenAir business solutions including workflows, custom reports, views and searches
    • Support our internal Competency & Practice Area teams to resolve any system issues and perform system changes as needs evolve
    • Create and maintain new users, user permissions, searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows
    • Ability to identify and create solutions to continually streamline processes and improve efficiencies for our teams
    • Work with OpenAir support teams on product releases, new features, and issues
    • Keep applications current with product release cycles – including testing all new features and ensuring the integrity of any customizations
    • Plan, organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a collaborative work environment
    • Research and Educate our teams on OpenAir best practices
    • Provide OpenAir Training for new members

Preferred Qualifications

    • OpenAir experience required, Basic NetSuite experience desired, including an understanding of NetSuite-OpenAir integration
    • OpenAir experience must include all modules of OpenAir
    • Office Suite experience
    • Data Conversions, interface/integrations, reporting, and customization experience
    • Previous exposure to working in an administrator role
    • OpenAir Scripting a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required
    • 2-4 years of experience in a professional, fast paced, dynamic environment
    • Familiarity with professional service organizations and matrix organizations and their key financial drivers including utilization, average rate, and average cost
    • Able to communicate, influence, and listen to the internal stakeholders
    • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Able to think creatively and work collaboratively developing solutions and managing expectations of stakeholders
    • Art of balancing the needs of the company, management, and team members
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills
