Bounteous is looking for a Media Account Manager to join our Marketing Services team, which helps enterprise companies achieve their marketing goals with new and emerging technology. In addition to knowing Floodlight tags, the ideal candidate will have experience leading media campaigns and acting as super-savvy subject matter experts on dynamic client-facing teams. Responsibilities:

    • Perform advertising and media analysis to influence broader marketing strategy and contribute to client ROI
    • Create strong, clear reports
    • Maintain daily interaction to update clients or coworkers on project progress
    • Create professional deliverables for clients that meet the Bounteous quality standard
    • Train clients in digital marketing best practices and join our national AdWords training squad
    • Develop process efficiencies to assist our fast-paced team
    • Continuously further knowledge of digital marketing, with an emphasis on search
    • Mentor less experienced team members and learn from those with more experience
    • Consistently meet department and client deadlines
    • Remain current in a quickly evolving industry
    • Carefully track and record billable time

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree as well as 2-5 years of related media experience
    • At least 1 year of experience independently managing digital media campaigns
    • Familiarity with at least one of the following tools: former DoubleClick platforms, DV360, SA360, Google Campaign Manager or Adobe Ad Cloud
    • Agency and/or consulting experience (preferred)
    • Experience collaborating with both internal resources, external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines
    • Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems
    • Developed strategic initiatives which align with business goals and budget
    • Presented recommendations and/or public speaking
    • Performed business analysis and project management
    • Experience in web analytics
    • Up to 25% travel outside of the primary collaboration center
