Bounteous is looking for a multi-solution platform architect, heavily experienced in Adobe Experience Manager and working knowledge of the entire Adobe Experience Cloud, to join our expanding Digital Experience Platforms practice as a Director of Content Platforms and Innovation. This pivotal role demands a blend of strategic insight, technical acumen, and consultative prowess. You will spearhead pursuits, qualify deals, and provide expert guidance on product implementations, particularly in Adobe Experience Manager and supporting Adobe Experience Cloud products, all while building and nurturing client relationships. Your role will be instrumental in driving innovation, developing solutions that resonate with our clients' needs, and supporting both pre-sales and delivery teams. 

Candidates should have a solid understanding of business development processes, client relationship building, and Adobe Experience Manager architecture and implementation expertise. Candidates must have a strong ability to act as subject matter experts when interfacing with clients. A strong grasp of relationship-building techniques and the ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders, such as C-Suite executives, is essential. Additionally, candidates must be adept at developing compelling presentations, proposals, and demos that showcase our expertise and innovative solutions. Familiarity with industry trends and a knack for driving innovation in product integration and market offerings will be beneficial. Lastly, candidates should understand team dynamics and resource management to ensure successful estimation, handoff, and project delivery while fostering partnerships and client trust.

Responsibilities:

Pursuit Management:

Qualify potential deals by conducting initial calls to understand client needs and support the Business Development team

Provide product and implementation expertise; act as the Adobe Experience Manager expert in client meetings

Strategically assess client challenges and design tailored solutions that address their pain points

Engage and excite potential clients with our capabilities, assuring them of our understanding and ability to meet their needs

Client Relationship & Partnership Development:

Build and sustain relationships as a trusted advisor, engaging directly with client stakeholders including C-Suite executives

Foster partnerships through technical support, confidence building, and display of Bounteous expertise prior to sales completion to enhance opportunity win rates

Demo and Proposal Creation:

Oversee the creation of Business Development demos, including solution overviews and architectural diagrams

Develop accurate scope, estimations, and assumptions for project success, considering resource needs and client expectations

Plan strategic teams across project phases, aligning across teams and departments across global teams

Craft or revamp presentation materials that highlight our expertise and innovative solutions

Deliver polished proposals, both virtually and in-person

Post-Sale Support:

Oversee the transition of sold work to implementation teams, maintaining engagement to ensure project success

Support the initial weeks of discovery, conceive, and build phases as a multi-solution architect to ensure project success

Innovation and Industry Engagement:

Attend and speak at virtual or in-person Adobe conferences and stay updated on industry shifts

Innovate by integrating Adobe products in unique ways, crafting new and innovative demos

Develop new market offerings and package solutions to enhance our market presence

Team Support and Collaborative Efforts:

Serve as a Career Coach and Manager, offering guidance across practices

Support technical teams in a Principal Architect capacity as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

10+ years implementing, architecting, supporting, and delivering success in Adobe Experience Manager, with a focus on crafting creative and winning solutions

3+ years of experience at a digital-first, global delivery agency/consultancy  

Strong consultative and client-facing skills

Working knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Marketo, and other products)

Self-driven; the ability to work independently, define a way forward, and solve problems with limited direction; proven capacity to drive results in an evolving and complex organization

Strong communicator with all levels of leadership, management, and staff to achieve desired outcomes and build strong alliances and relationships

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-evolving industry

Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience preferred

Information Security Responsibilities

    • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
    • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
    • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
    • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
$140,000 - $170,000 a year
