We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Bilingual Recruiter to join our team who speaks both English and French. This is a contract-to-hire role where you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and offer negotiation. You will partner with Hiring Managers and Sales Leaders to understand their needs, develop compelling job descriptions, and identify top talent.

Responsibilities:
Partner with Hiring Managers and Sales Leaders to define and source qualified candidates for open positions.
Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct comprehensive candidate searches using various sourcing strategies (online databases, Linkedin, social media, networking events).
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Shortlist and schedule qualified candidates for interviews.
Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate communication.
Evaluate candidate fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
Negotiate and prepare Offers of employment with successful candidates.
Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles (if applicable to contract term).
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and complete candidate information.
Generate reports and track key recruitment metrics.
Create talent mapping and market insights based on skillsets and talent pools. 

Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, with a preference for sourcing technical roles - developers, engineers, etc -  in the financial services and consulting domain. 
Proven success in sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates.
Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Bilingual fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Lever ATS is a plus.
