Bounteous is looking for a Senior Paid Social Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team, which helps enterprise companies achieve their marketing goals through quality user engagement on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience working across the social landscape and act as savvy subject matter expert on dynamic client-facing teams. Role and Responsibilities

    • Develop outcomes over tasks and establish internal and client relationships.​​
    • An individual at a Senior level demonstrates a passion for creative problem solving and consistently achieves results with minimal guidance. ​
    • This person understands their discipline well, displays professionalism with internal teams as well as clients, and works toward ongoing process improvements within the craft.​
    •  ​Stays informed of and shares insights on digital best practices, trends, tools; keeps team resources up-to-date​
    • ​Contributes to tactical thinking for project success that addresses business needs, user needs, and best practices.​​
    • ​Assists in definition of rationale for approach and strategy in the context of both client and user needs.​​
    • ​Participates in and contributes to discovery activities with oversight from Leads/Directors.​​
    • ​Demonstrates the ability to turn discovery and other research findings into insights, cohesive tactical plans, and performance-based optimizations.​​
    • ​Explores and explains the thinking for and merits of multiple solutions/campaign options.​​
    • ​Creates and presents media deliverables and contributes to research findings & recommendations that adhere to project goals with limited oversight from senior project team members.​​
    • ​Maintains budget pacing and quality assurance of all managed campaign activities; Ensures their campaign targeting, measurement, ad copy, and audience design deliverables are of consistent quality.​
    • ​Collaborates with data, creative, and customer marketing teams to determine feasibility and efficiency of designs and fidelity in development.​​
    • ​Participates in campaign and creative QA and ensures implementation meets client approved specifications.​​
    • ​Serves as reliable, informed point of contact and works closely with the other media team members to support development and production of media plans, reports and other deliverables.​​
    • ​Collaborates within multi-disciplinary teams to create innovative, best-in-class, customer-centric solutions.​​
    • ​Articulately and confidently presents work to internal teams and clients.​​
    • ​Consistently demonstrates ability to balance quality, timelines, and expectations of the team, ensuring that internal timelines, deadlines, and approval procedures are adhered to for assigned project phases.​​
    • ​Is beginning to recognize what can be delegated, what can't, and capacity level required. ​​
    • ​Proactively communicates with project lead or Director and PM on project status and dependencies; is proactive and vocal if there are roadblocks or risks.​​
    • ​Demonstrates a level of self-awareness from both emotional and professional perspectives; understands the purpose and intent of feedback.​​
    • ​Actively listens to feedback.​​
    • ​Thoughtfully applies feedback from internal and client reviews as agreed upon by the team.​
    • Actively participates in the local/digital media community.​​
    • Contributes to our team culture and atmosphere, quality of work, and growth into the next generation of media professionals.​​
    • Consistently participates in and contributes to Bounteous culture.​​
    • Recognizes and takes steps to resolve conflict in a constructive way. ​​
    • Begins to mentor other media team members in order to foster innovative thinking, improve work product and guide personal growth.​​
    • Begins to contribute to estimation and scoping of media activities/deliverables their projects.​

Preferred Qualifications

    • 2-3 years experience working in, but not limited to, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads
    • Experience with content marketing
    • Experience with sentiment analysis
    • Some experience independently managing digital media campaigns
    • Familiarity with the Digital Media landscape, including but not limited to: Paid Search, Paid Social, SSPs, DMP, Reporting and Analytics tools
    • Some experience with Ad Servers (preferred)
    • Agency and/or consulting experience (preferred)
    • Experience collaborating with both internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines
    • Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems
    • Ability to perform business analysis and project management tasks
    • Experience in Google Sheets or Excel
