Role: Senior Salesforce  Project Manager
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6 Months Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a challenging and complex phase of our Salesforce project, with a focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations. This role requires a dynamic individual who can navigate high-stakes deliverables, oversee intricate integrations, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver on critical objectives. This individual will join the project at a pivotal stage, leading an established team through some of the most complex development and deployment efforts.
$70 - $75 an hour
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead a high-impact Salesforce implementation, focusing on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, and navigate through complex delivery phases to ensure project milestones are met with quality and precision.
Integration Oversight: Oversee extensive integration efforts, coordinating across multiple systems and teams, and ensuring seamless functionality between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations on project progress, timelines, and any potential risks.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks proactively, implementing mitigation strategies and providing timely updates to stakeholders on potential impacts to delivery.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, integration specialists, and QA, to ensure alignment and maintain momentum on complex deliverables.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular reports to senior leadership on project health, including milestones, risks, budget, and resource needs.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the project lifecycle, fostering best practices and continuous improvement in project delivery.

Required Qualifications:
Experience: 8+ years of project management experience in technology projects, with at least 5 years in managing Salesforce projects, specifically in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and CRM integrations; experience managing projects with complex integration needs is essential.
Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through challenging and high-impact projects; ability to navigate ambiguity and drive team performance.
Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid), with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of effective stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
Problem Solving: demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make strategic decisions quickly, particularly in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce Project Management certifications are highly desirable.
Salesforce Knowledge: Hands-on experience or certifications in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud is an advantage.
