We are currently looking for a Full-Stack Technical Architect to join the Solution Engineering Competency Development Center to design, develop, and implement solutions for large-scale applications. Good candidates will be able to direct the design of new applications from conception to completion, mentor and manage the technical team, and possess strong client and communication skills. The best candidate will be creative, highly detailed, demonstrate the ability to define and solve complete problems, and work in a fast-paced environment for multiple clients.
As a Full-Stack Technical Architect, you are responsible for the design and architecture guidance across channels and technologies. This role entails hands-on experience in cloud architectures (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS) and requires deep interest and experience in broad software platforms (information architecture, information flow, appropriate modularization and loose coupling). This role will have direct impact on the direction of the company, our customers and the industry.
Role and Responsibilities
- To analyze, understand the client's business use cases and technical requirements and be able to design, build & integrate user interfaces to a varying suite of internal and external services.
- Lead and mentor teams on complex engagements.
- Thorough knowledge of the B2C, B2E, B2B application development process, including conceiving, planning, documenting, and leading large, application projects
- The ability to understand and communicate architectural principles, best practices, code patterns, Agile practices, testing automation, and mentoring/education.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills; the ability to facilitate client meetings.
- A great attention to detail, with an ability to work clearly, concisely, and quickly; the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- A desire to learn, and adapt to, the latest technologies.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to make things happen with limited instruction.
- Ability to drive strategy through influence with leadership qualities which engineers recognize and respect
- Ability to innovate and lead explorations into new technologies and strategies
- Ability to establish and adhere to software engineering best practices, standards and tools
- Ability to effectively collaborate with leadership and teams within technology, product management, business units, brands and across external alliance partners
- Skilled ability to foster continuous improvement and innovation; ability to accept and lead change initiatives throughout the organization
- Must be able to build POCs across Full stack technologies across different platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BE, BTech) in Computer Science, or Engineering OR equivalent experience and knowledge required.
- Excellent spoken, written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent mentoring skills and people enablement through thought leadership.
